04/2024: SWC Global invested in SendingNetwork's Seed Round of a total $20M 

SendingNetwork Raises a total of $20 Million Seed Round for Decentralized Communication in web3

02/2024: SWC Global invested in UniSat's
Pre-Series A funding round 

February 09, 2024 - UniSat has announced it has completed a Pre-Series A financing round led by OKX Ventures. SWC Global, Vitalbridge Capital and ABCDE Capital are also participating investors in this round.

12/2023: SWC Global leads US$5.41M Series A financing in Indonesia D2C startup Rosé All Day Cosmetics 

JAKARTA, INDONESIA, 15th December 2023 – Halal-certified direct-to-consumer (D2C) Indonesian beauty brand, Rosé All Day Cosmetics (RADC), announced it has successfully closed a Series A funding round of US$5.41 million led by SWC Global, with participation from DSG Consumer Partners (DSGCP) and the brand’s initial seed investor AC Ventures.


The round is a milestone for RADC and strongly aligns with its vision of delivering world-class cosmetics from Indonesia to the global market. 06/2023: SWC Global invested in Finture's digital banking services, Yup Indonesia, in Pre-Series B round

JAKARTA, INDONESIA -- Finture, a Singapore-based Fintech company specializing in digital banking and credit payment services, has successfully raised USD $20 million in a Pre-Series B funding round led by XVC Capital in Beijing, followed by SWC Global, MindWorks Ventures, Antao Capital and Tortola Capital.




05/2023: SWC Global invested in Evermos' Series C Funding round 

25 May 2023 Evermos, Indonesia’s largest social commerce platform, successfully raised USD39 million in its Series C funding round, led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) — a member of the World Bank group — and followed by returning partners such as Jungle Ventures, Shunwei Capital, UOB Venture Management and Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi.


This funding round also saw investment from new partners, SWC Global, Endeavor Catalyst and Uni-President Asset Holdings.



03/2023: SWC Global led Growfin's Series A funding round

Recently, a fintech SaaS platform, Growfin.ai has raised $7.5 million in its Series A funding led by Singapore-based venture capital firm SWC Global.

The funding round also saw participation from existing investors 3one4 Capital, angels, chief financial officers, and other industry leaders.

08/2022: SWC Global led WebEngage's Series B funding round

WebEngage, a B2B software as a service (SaaS) startup offering full stack retention operating system, has announced it raised $20 million in Series B round, led by SWC Global and Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund with participation from existing investors India Quotient, Blume Ventures and IAN Fund.

The round also saw participation from a few family offices, including Unmaj Corporation, NB Ventures, Shashwat Nakrani, co-founder of BharatPe and Gopal Srinivasan, Chairman of TVS Capital amongst others.

05/2022: SWC Global invested in Country Delight's Series D funding round

INDIA - Country Delight, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) food essentials brand, has raised $108 million in Series D round taking its valuation to $615 million led by new investors Venturi Partners and Temasek, followed by SWC Global and Trifecta Capital. Existing investors, IIFL Asset Management, Elevation Capital, Orios Venture Partners and Matrix Partners also participated to infuse 30% of the total investment.

03/2022: SWC Global invested in KukuFM's Series B funding round 

In March 2022, Kuku had attracted over USD $25 million worth of investment led by South Korea's gaming company Krafton, followed by SWC Global Fund, FounderBank Capital, 3one4 Capital, RB Investments, CapitalG, India Quotient, Verlinvest, Vertex and Shunwei Capital.


12/2021: SWC Global invested in LingoAce's $105m Series C funding round

In December 2021, LingoAce, a Singapore-based global education technology company and leading Mandarin Chinese language learning platform, announced it has raised $160 million in new funding this year.

LingoAce has closed on a $105 million in Series C funding round led by Sequoia Capital India, followed by Owl Ventures, Shunwei Capital and SWC Global.
